David Villa

David Villa is the founder and CEO of iPD, a marketing, media and training firm that works with companies of all sizes and industries across the United States. He has more than 20 years of national sales and executive management experience that he brings to his company. Since the company was established in 1995, Villa has been responsible for pioneering, growing and scaling iPD into one of the nation’s leading database management, business development, training, and intelligent marketing companies in the automotive industry and beyond. Not only is he committed to his business, he is dedicated to his faith as a Christ follower, his family, and his employees. He credits his success to those who he’s been privileged enough to call his teammates.

David and his wife of 25 years, Diana, started iPD from their bedroom in Tampa, Florida and have three children ranging in age from 17-24. They went from dialing local dealers from their house, to now working with more than 600 companies annually. iPD is now one of the leading direct marketing firms in the U.S. servicing a multitude of industries. Based out of the greater Tampa Bay area, iPD has been in business, and expanding, for 23 years.

In addition to being the CEO of iPD, Villa is a published motivational speaker. He specializes his training in the arenas of sales, leadership, and team building. Villa is also a host on “Auto Dealer Live,” a weekly radio show where dealers go to discuss relevant topics in the automotive industry. Villa is also an Amazon best-selling author and editor in chief of iPD’s “Dealer Solutions Magazine”.

As lead trainer for iPD’s “Auto Dealer University” Villa’s passion is the see individuals unlock their God-given potential and utilize their talent in its fullest.

Kevin Cox
Director of Training

Kevin is passionate about helping people achieve their dreams and ambitions. He has been a pastor for over 12 years and uses his knowledge and life experience to help people move into their destiny. Kevin has lived in the Tampa Bay Area for over 35 years and he looks forward to serving you through the iPD Training Department.

David is a Best Selling Author, Real Estate Agent, Training Consultant for iPD’s Training division, and co-host of Auto Dealer Live.

Mark Canterbury
Trainer

Mark Canterbury has over 20 years of experience as a trainer, educator, coach, manager, speaker, and consultant. Mark received his masters degree from Nova Southeastern University and previously served as the Director of Training and Business Development at iPD.

He loves investing in people! Sowing seeds of encouragement and sharing practical ways to help people win at home, in the workplace and in relationships. Everyone loves to be a part of something that is growing and moving forward. He wants to help individuals and organizations achieve that winning culture.

His personal relationship with Jesus Christ is the core of his living and infiltrates every area of his life. Mark believes discipline spiritually, mentally and physically is important as we grow as leaders.

Mark has been married to his wife Jamie for 23 years and they have 2 children. They love the outdoors, mud runs, camping, snorkeling and snowboarding. His passion is faith, family, fun and fitness.
